In a Managed Service contract, Tick42 is responsible for the deployment, monitoring and support of the client systems. Support includes either supporting users directly (Level 1) or supporting internal support desks (Level 2)

Tick42 projects range in scope from small projects, often created with Tick42's own products and lasting only a couple of weeks, to large systems involving multi-person teams working for six months or longer.
