Tick42 is a software company. And that’s where most similarities with other IT companies end.
We believe we’re different because we’ve built a team with skills far higher than the average in the sector in Bulgaria. Together, we’ve won some of the largest financial companies in the world as clients. Today, they don’t just use our services, they use our products to revolutionize their approach to software interoperability.
I’m a Java developer and work on whatever tasks I’m required to help with.
I enjoy working at Tick42 because I can design and write code all the time. There are no pointless, daily, two hour, meetings. It’s not necessary to explain what and why to the tech leads. They just know. Everything. And this makes the development process so easy and simple. At the end of the day, the most satisfying thing is that i am building something good and meaningful each day, not yet another bugfix or nobody-cares-about-that-feature, that will be scrapped from the release.
The company has a flat management structure. The colleagues are capable. There is an “i-know, i-can” type of atmosphere.
I recommended it to my friend because it’s a great place to work.
