With our real-time user interface (UI) integration platform, we service international businesses and deliver intuitive user experience across the world’s desktops, reduce development costs and improve business outcomes. It is designed to combines applications at a user interface level, make users’ working experience easier by giving them access the right data and functionality at the right time, reducing the number of times they need to copy/paste between one application and another.

Our growing revenue-enablement business mechanism requires the strong presence of dedicated and experienced Marketing professional and leader who will be accountable for the success of our digital marketing campaigns, events and PR activities. His/Her primary objective will be to accelerate pipeline growth and build brand awareness.

Role overview

The role will report directly to the COO of our Product division and will cover the areas such as:

  • Management of existing team, plus overall supervision of external PR agencies and freelancers
  • Development/refinement of US and UK/Europe regional marketing plans plus tracking and forecasting of spend
  • Design, plan and execution of a wide range of marketing programs such as webinars, CPC campaigns, retargeting, content marketing, social media and live events (including creation/selection of contacts, content creation in conjunction with SMEs, follow-up and nurturing)
  • Work closely with Sales to improve lead qualification, nurturing and scoring processes
  • Responsibility for global marketing operations such as email creation, website updates, lead management, campaign set up, importing of leads and other
  • Creation of bi-monthly (6 per year) newsletters for prospects/customers – highlighting news and features that are relevant to audience (relentless chasing of SMEs to extract useful information)
  • Working with US-based AR/PR agency to ensure product announcements are communicated timely to media, journalists and prospective clients (incl. regular attendance on AR/PR calls)
  • Contact database build – identification of suitable sources, including agencies to help build a database and/or improve quality of data
  • Oversee and participate in product release announcements
  • Own the company websites and constantly analyze their performance and suggest improvements s
  • Measurement of marketing initiatives at all levels of details-analysis of outcomes, insights provision and results presentation to facilitate sound decision-making
  • Regular making of suggestions for the adoption of new tools and processes that can improve efficiency and increase growth; Oversee and participate in the planning, and execution of sponsored physical and digital events
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that demonstrate the marketing team’s performance and plans and plans

* When the world COVID situation ends, occasional travel to London and event venues will be needed

Our ideal candidate’s profile:

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing or relevant
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a managing role (direct reports)
  • Experience in a B2B software development company (selling licensed products into mid/large enterprises)
  • Understanding, knowledge and experience in the Financial/FinTech area are desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Experience with marketing data analytics and tools and proficiency in reading digital data
  • Proficiency and proven experience with CRM, CMS, and marketing automation platforms
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of how the combination of offline and online channels could be optimized
  • General SEO knowledge – how to check and interpret the most important SEO parameters
  • Strong knowledge of development and implementation of media strategies with solid technical expertise in media marketing, including advertising and community management, as well as the main (social) media channels
  • Ability to demonstrate financial awareness and a commercial mindset, continuously thinking of ways to support drive and manage budgets efficiently
