Managed Services

We are able to deploy, support and monitor systems with first or second line user support. Reflecting our commitment to supporting our products, Tick42 offers a Managed Service option on all our product and project work.

In a Managed Service contract, Tick42 is responsible for the deployment, monitoring and support of client systems. Support includes either supporting users directly (Level 1) or supporting internal support desks (Level 2).

Projects

We deliver systems to client specifications, carried out on a T&M or Fixed Price basis. Tick42 projects range in scope from small projects, often created with our own products and lasting only a couple of weeks, to large systems involving multi-person teams working for six months or longer.

Tick42 provides services to help clients with their projects or vendor selections. We offer a range of high-level consultancy services, putting the extensive experience and considerable talents of our senior staff to good use wherever appropriate. This enables us to help clients on a one-to-one basis, adding extra value to each their projects.
